Orders within the EU are shipped with DHL, PostNord, Hermes, Posti or trusted local partners depending on destination and parcel size.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days from dispatch.

No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU.

We do not deliver to countries outside the regions listed above.


 

RETURNS

You may return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original jewelry box(es). Please include the invoice or delivery note.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

During sale periods, the return period is 14 days.

From October 1, Christmas gifts can be returned until January 15.

We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers, collection points, or cash on delivery.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until received by us.

Please allow up to 7 working days from warehouse receipt for your refund to be processed.


EXCHANGE

We do not offer direct exchanges via the online shop.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

If your order included a promotional gift and you return items that cause the promotion conditions to no longer be met, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Here's how you can return and exchange your order:

You can return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt. The refund will be processed back to the same card used for placing the order. The jewelry must simply be in the same condition as received and packed in the provided jewelry box(es). You will be responsible for the shipping cost, and remember to include the invoice/delivery note.

Please note that during Stock Sale/Udsalg (sale), the return period is only 14 days.

From October 1st, you can always return Christmas gifts until January 15th.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or collection points, or with cash on delivery. Therefore, you must send the return directly to the door (business delivery is recommended, allowing you to track the package and be insured by the shipping company in case the package gets lost during transit. Returns sent via regular mail are at your own risk).

 

 

Follow these steps to return your order:
  1. Include the invoice/delivery note in the package.
  2. Purchase a return label from your preferred shipping provider and affix it to the outside of the package.
  3. Pack the order securely and ensure all items are returned in the same condition as received.
  4. Drop off the package at a collection point or with the shipping provider.
  5. Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment from the service used to return the package. The receipt serves as your proof of return.

The return label must be purchased on the website of your chosen shipping provider.
