Shipping & Returns
Here's how you can return and exchange your order:
You can return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt. The refund will be processed back to the same card used for placing the order. The jewelry must simply be in the same condition as received and packed in the provided jewelry box(es). You will be responsible for the shipping cost, and remember to include the invoice/delivery note.
Please note that during Stock Sale/Udsalg (sale), the return period is only 14 days.
From October 1st, you can always return Christmas gifts until January 31st.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or collection points, or with cash on delivery. Therefore, you must send the return directly to the door (business delivery is recommended, allowing you to track the package and be insured by the shipping company in case the package gets lost during transit. Returns sent via regular mail are at your own risk).
If you are in Denmark, you can also choose to drop off the package directly at the door on weekdays between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm at the above address.
- Include the invoice/delivery note in the package.
- Purchase a return label from your preferred shipping provider and affix it to the outside of the package.
- Pack the order securely and ensure all items are returned in the same condition as received.
- Drop off the package at a collection point or with the shipping provider.
- Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment from the service used to return the package. The receipt serves as your proof of return.
The return label must be purchased on the website of your chosen shipping provider.
EXCHANGE:
We do not facilitate exchanges through the online shop. If you want different items than those received, you must return the items to us and then place a new order for the desired items.
Please note that the amount for the returned items will be refunded to the same card used for the order. If you prefer a gift voucher instead, please indicate this on the accompanying delivery note along with the email address it should be sent to.
GIFTS:
We regularly run promotions where gifts are included with purchases. If you choose to return your order or parts of it, and this results in the purchase conditions of the promotion no longer being met (e.g., minimum purchase of 500 kr.), the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
