Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. Remember to check your spam folder as well.

If you have not received the confirmation within 10 minutes, and it is not in your spam/junk mail, it may be because you entered an incorrect email address. We can help you sort this out. Please contact our customer service here

Can I complain if I purchased my item through another retailer?

All products from ENAMEL Copenhagen, purchased from one of our retailers, are covered by a warranty. If you have a complaint about an item bought through a retailer, please contact the retailer. They will assist you further with your case and find a good solution ❤️

Please note that proof of purchase must be provided in the event of a complaint.

What should I do if something in my order is damaged?

If you notice that your package is damaged upon delivery, please take pictures before opening it. If your item is also damaged, you should file a complaint here.

We will help you find a solution ❤️

Please remember to keep the damaged packaging for up to 2 months after your inquiry.

What should I do if something is missing from my order?

If something is missing from your order, it may be because the item was sold out. We’re very sorry ❤️ In such cases, we always inform you via email before shipping the rest of the order. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder. You can also refer to your invoice/receipt to see which items were shipped to you.

It is very rare, but packaging errors can of course occur. We will fix it ❤️
